General House Rules

Smoking: the Ohio House is a non-smoking facility.

Pets: the Ohio House is a non-pet facility.

Rental: Under no circumstances may the Ohio House be rented; this is a requirement of the current registration and tax status.

Replace supplies as you use them.

Leave the condo better than you found it. Take some time to clean up the yard, trim bushes as needed, rake the pine straw from the driveway, spray the weeds. A few minutes by all makes everything better for everyone.

Maintenance Fees are due in March and October. Checks are made out to The Ohio House LLC and mailed to Steve Bowman, 472-4 Overlook Dr. Aurora, Ohio 44202

Trash, Recycling, and Lawn Waste

Pick up on Monday, set out after 5 p.m. on Sunday. Bins are to be put back in garage by Monday evening. Fines by city if schedule not followed. Please communicate with Allie if you cannot follow schedule. She needs reimbursement for having to do this.

Cleaning/Departure

As a result of the Covid outbreak we are asking everyone to use Allie/Joni for cleaning the house until further notice. This will assure a standard level of cleaning for everyone’s safety. You, however, use the house at your own risk. Please communicate your schedule on arrival. Allie 910-986-9362 Joni 910-949-2764

Upon your departure we would like all the towels to be put in the washing machine and started. Please remove all used sheets and pillowcases and leave on floor of the laundry room.

Turn off the ice machine in the freezer and remove all perishable food from the refrigerator. All used dishes, glasses etc. should be in dishwasher ready for washing, do not turn on.
